32-7B-3. Classification of licenses.Any dealer's license issued under this chapter shall be of the following classification:(1)'Boat dealer's license,' to permit the licensee to engage in the business of selling or exchanging new and used boats;(2)'Used boat dealer's license,' to permit the licensee to engage in the business of selling or exchanging used boats only.A license issued in any of the above classifications allows a boat dealer to engage in the business of selling or exchanging new and used boat trailers without a separate license or additional fee.
