32-10-41. Promulgation of rules regarding unladen vehicle permits.The administrator may promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, in the following areas regarding unladen vehicle permits:(1)Design and content of the permit;(2)Revocation, denial, and suspension of the permit;(3)Procedures; and(4)Application requirements.
