32-12-125. Fees only used for operating driver licensing program.Except for the portion of the fee used to administer the Division of Highway Patrol pursuant to §32-12-16, all other fees collected pursuant to chapters 32-12 and 32-12A and credited to the state motor vehicle fund shall remain in the fund for the next fiscal year. These fees may only be used for purposes of operating the driver licensing program. Source: SL 2015, ch 167, §2.
