Cancellation of license to which not entitled--Surrender of canceled license.The Department of Public Safety may cancel any driver license upon determining that the licensee was not entitled to the issuance thereof under this chapter or that the licensee failed to give the required or correct information or committed any fraud in making the application. Upon the cancellation, the licensee shall surrender the license so canceled to the department.
