Surrender of license to court upon conviction--Forwarding license to department.If any person is convicted of any offense for which this chapter makes mandatory the revocation of the driver license of the person by the Department of Public Safety, the court entering the conviction shall require the surrender to the court of all driver licenses then held by the person convicted. The court shall then forward all driver licenses and a record of the conviction to the department.
