32-12-60. Records kept by department.The Department of Public Safety shall maintain each application for a driver license and nondriver identification card received and shall record the following:(1)Each application denied and the reason for the denial;(2)Each application granted; and(3)The name of each licensee whose driver license or driving privilege has been suspended or revoked by the department and after each name note the reasons for the action.
