Sale, offer for sale, or distribution of any counterfeited, forged, or altered driver license or nondriver identification card--Misdemeanor.No person may sell, offer for sale, or distribute, for compensation or gratis, any counterfeited, forged, or altered driver license or nondriver identification card issued by the department pursuant to this chapter.
