32-12A-24. Qualifications of school bus drivers.No person under the age of eighteen may receive an endorsement on a commercial driver license to drive a school bus. Any school bus endorsed driver operating with an intrastate restriction shall meet all physical qualifications as required under 49 C.F. R. Part 391, Subpart E, as of January 1, 2024.
