§ 32-12a-33

32-12A-33. Suspension or disqualification for false statement or representation--Misdemeanor.Any person who makes a false statement or representation, or knowingly fails to disclose a material fact in order to obtain a commercial learner's permit or commercial driver license is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor and is subject to at least a one year suspension or disqualification of that person's license and privileges. Each false statement or representation or failure to disclose a material fact constitutes a separate offense. Source: SL 2001, ch 171, §113; SL 2015, ch 168, §28.
