Suspension or disqualification for false statement or representation--Misdemeanor.Any person who makes a false statement or representation, or knowingly fails to disclose a material fact in order to obtain a commercial learner's permit or commercial driver license is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor and is subject to at least a one year suspension or disqualification of that person's license and privileges.
