32-12A-8. Operation of commercial vehicle while driver license suspended, revoked, etc., prohibited--Violation as misdemeanor.No person may drive a commercial motor vehicle on the highways of this state while that person's operator's license or privilege to drive a commercial motor vehicle is suspended, revoked, cancelled, or while subject to a disqualification.
