32-14-7. Prohibiting trucks or commercial vehicles from use of designated highways--Erection of signs.Local authorities, including road districts, may by ordinance or resolution prohibit the operation of trucks or other commercial vehicles or impose limitations as to the weights of such vehicles on designated highways.
