32-15-34. Operating vehicle with disconnected odometer as misdemeanor.No person shall operate a motor vehicle on the highways of this state with the odometer of the vehicle disconnected. A person violating this section is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. Source: SL 1978, ch 222, §3.
