Warning light on certain slow-moving vehicles during darkness--Violation as misdemeanor.No vehicle that is required to display a slow-moving vehicle emblem pursuant to §32-15-20 may be operated during the period of day between one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour before sunrise on the following day on any public highway unless the vehicle has a flashing or rotating white or amber warning light placed on the vehicle. The warning light shall be clearly visible to motorists approaching from the rear. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor. Source: SL 1995, ch 182, §1.
