Identification of snowmobile and operator involved in accident--Violation as misdemeanor.The operator of any snowmobile on public lands, frozen public waters, or any private lands leased for public snowmobile use involved in a collision, accident, or other casualty, shall give his name, address, and identification of his snowmobile in writing to any person injured and to the owner of any property damaged in the collision, accident, or other casualty.
