32-20A-2. Speeding and reckless driving prohibited--Muffler required--Violation as misdemeanor.No person may operate a snowmobile in the following manner:(1)At a speed that is greater than is reasonable or prudent under the circumstances;(2)In any reckless way so as to endanger the person or property of another;(3)Without a functioning muffler complying with §32-15-17.A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
