32-23-24. Multi-passenger quadricycle--Chapter application.A driver of a multi-passenger quadricycle, as defined in §32-14-17, is subject to a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, but a passenger of a multi-passenger quadricycle may not be charged with a violation of this chapter.
