Definition of exhibition driving--Misdemeanor.Any person who drives any vehicle upon a highway, alley, public park, recreational area, or upon the property of a public or private school, college, or university in such a manner that creates or causes unnecessary engine noise, tire squeal, skid, or slide upon acceleration or stopping; that simulates a temporary race; or that causes the vehicle to unnecessarily turn abruptly or sway is guilty of exhibition driving.
