32-25-27. Low-speed vehicles.No low-speed vehicle may be operated on any highway where the speed limit is more than thirty-five miles per hour. Nothing in this section prevents a local government from adopting more stringent local ordinances governing low-speed vehicle operation. Source: SL 2008, ch 147, §2.
