32-26-21.6. Motorized scooter ordinances authorized in municipalities.Notwithstanding the provisions of §32-25-27, a municipality may adopt, by ordinance, traffic regulations permitting the use of a motorized foot scooter on any street, bike path, or multi-use path within its platted boundaries.
