32-26-5. Highways divided by markings.Whenever any roadway has been divided into two or more clearly marked lanes for traffic the rules set forth in §§32-26-6 to 32-26-10, inclusive, shall apply in addition to all others consistent therewith. Source: SL 1961, ch 150, §1.
