§ 32-30-2-1

32-30-2.1. Position of parking on two-way road--Violation as misdemeanor.Except as otherwise provided in §§32-30-2.2 to 32-30-2.4, inclusive, every vehicle stopped or parked upon a two-way roadway shall be so stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels parallel to and within twelve inches of the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway.
