32-32-9. Civil penalty against vehicle failing to stop for school bus.Any motor vehicle which is used in a violation of §32-32-6 in circumstances where the driver of the vehicle is unknown shall be subject to a civil penalty of two hundred fifty dollars. Source: SL 1979, ch 228, §1.
