Section 32-35-110 - Driving after suspension of license or registration as misdemeanor

Driving after suspension of license or registration as misdemeanor.Any person whose license or registration has been suspended under this chapter and who, during such suspension, drives any motor vehicle upon any highway or knowingly permits any vehicle of a type subject to registration under the laws of this state owned by such person to be operated by another upon any highway, except as permitted under this chapter, is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
