33-1-10.1. Assistant adjutants general--Tour of duty--Reappointment.Notwithstanding the provisions of §33-1-14, there shall be appointed an assistant adjutant general for the Army National Guard and Air National Guard of the State of South Dakota, as authorized by §33-1-10. The tour of duty of the assistants shall be as specified in the orders of the Governor with the consent of the Senate appointing the assistants, and may be for any period not to exceed two years.
