33-10-176. Sentences subject to forfeiture of pay and allowances.A sentence covered by §33-10-175 is any sentence that includes:(1)Confinement for more than six months; or(2)Confinement for six months or less and a dishonorable or bad-conduct discharge or dismissal. Source: SL 2012, ch 175, §157.
