Section 33-10-244 - Attempt to commit offense subject to punishment

33-10-244. Attempt to commit offense subject to punishment.Any person subject to this code who attempts to commit any offense punishable by this code shall be punished as a court-martial may direct, unless otherwise specifically prescribed. Source: SL 2012, ch 175, §225.
