33-10-300. Prima facie evidence of authority to administer oath.For the purposes of sections §§33-10-298 and 33-10-299, the signature without seal of any such person, together with the title of the person's office, is prima facie evidence of the person's authority. Source: SL 2012, ch 175, §281.
