33-10-84. Qualifications of counsel.Except as provided in §33-10-85, trial counsel or defense counsel detailed for a general or special court-martial shall be:(1)A judge advocate as defined in §33-10-20; and(2)In the case of trial counsel, a member in good standing of the bar of the highest court of the state where the court-martial is held.
