§ 33-11a-7

33-11A-7. Trust account--Expenses to be paid.All amounts deposited in the national guard museum and state weapons collection special trust account in the Office of the State Treasurer are appropriated to the use of the museum board for its expenses in the operation and maintenance of the museum and its annexes. Prorated earnings shall be credited to the account. The expenses shall be paid out of that fund on warrants drawn by the state auditor upon duly itemized vouchers. The funds necessary for such expenses are hereby authorized to be expended. Source: SL 1983, ch 250.
