Quartermaster general authorized to require assistant to give bond.As quartermaster general, the adjutant general may require any duly appointed assistant, who shall be a member of the National Guard, to give a bond with sufficient surety, in an amount the quartermaster general deems sufficient, to the state. The bond shall be conditioned for the faithful performance of duty and shall be approved by the quartermaster general, recorded in the Office of the Secretary of State, and filed with the state treasurer.
