33-12-26. Accounting of expenses including pay, subsistence, and transportation--Audit and payment.The adjutant general shall keep an accurate account of all expenses necessarily incurred, including pay of officers and enlisted men, subsistence and transportation of the National Guard and of all military property of the state.
