Section 33-13-7 - Withholding and payment of employee contributions

Withholding and payment of employee contributions.Any civilian technician of the South Dakota Army or Air National Guard who is paid entirely from federal funds may authorize the federal disbursing officer to withhold sums of money from the pay of the employee and to pay the money to the State of South Dakota or to the person or organization designated by the employee for the purpose of paying the employee's contribution to a retirement, disability, or death benefit plan.
