33-21-3. Patrol continued within Department of the Military--Records and reports.The Civil Air Patrol shall continue within the Department of the Military, and shall retain all its prescribed functions, including administrative functions. The patrol shall submit such records, information, and reports in the form and at such times as required by the adjutant general, except that the patrol shall report at least annually.
