33A-4-29. Application for admission to home--Form and contents--False application as forfeiture.All applications for admission to the State Veterans Home must be made upon prescribed forms furnished by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The applications must include information as to military service, a full financial statement, essential medical information, and a stipulation that if any such claims are proved false, the applicant forfeits any right to residency at the home.
