33A-4-33. Admission of veterans with sufficient means.The superintendent may, if there is room, admit and allow to remain in the State Veterans Home, persons who have sufficient means for their own support, care, and maintenance, but are otherwise eligible to become residents of the home, on payment of the cost of their care.
