34-12-39.8. Authorization to construct new nursing facility in Lyman County.Notwithstanding the provisions of §§34-12-35.4 and 34-12-39.2, a new nursing facility may be constructed and operated on the Lower Brule Sioux Reservation in Lyman County, South Dakota. The nursing facility must meet the specifications of this chapter for a licensed nursing facility to participate in the Medicaid program.
