Provisional licenses--Circumstances under which issued.The State Department of Health may issue a provisional license when an applicant or licensee under this chapter fails to comply with the established standards but signifies an intention to remedy such fault. Such provisional license shall state on its face the conditions under which it is granted and the period of time for which it is issued. A provisional license may also be issued, when an application for license is found to be in order, to cover the maintenance of such institution until inspection can be completed and a regular license issued.
