34-12G-13. Incentive payment.A health care professional who fulfills the requirements of the recruitment assistance program established pursuant to §§34-12G-10 to 34-12G-17, inclusive, is entitled to receive an incentive payment not to exceed ten thousand dollars. Source: SL 2012, ch 180, §4.
