Fairs and nonprofit organizations exempt from temporary food service license fee--Health requirements applicable.Temporary food service establishments located on the state fairgrounds or on county fairgrounds of this state, operated in conjunction with these annual celebrations, and nonprofit organizations operating a temporary food service establishment shall be exempt from the license fee of this chapter. Such exemption from the license fee does not release the owner of such temporary food service establishment from compliance with the public health requirements of this chapter and the rules and regulations of the department.
