Secretary responsible for safety and sanitation requirements--Bond not required--Additional compensation not provided.The secretary of health shall be responsible for carrying out the provisions of this chapter and all other statutes relating to the safety and sanitation of lodging establishments, campgrounds, food service establishments, temporary food service establishments, and mobile food service establishments as defined in this chapter. The secretary shall not be required to give bond, nor shall he receive any additional compensation for such services.
