Violation of chapter or rules or regulations as misdemeanor--Each day as separate offense.Any lodging establishment, campground, food service establishment, temporary food service establishment, or mobile food service establishment owner violating the provisions of this chapter or the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. Each and every day of operation after serving the notice of closure shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
