34-20A-51. Determination of admission for treatment--Referral to other facilities.Subject to rules adopted by the department, the administrator in charge of an accredited treatment facility may determine who is admitted for treatment. If a person is refused admission to the facility, the administrator, subject to rules adopted by the department, shall refer the person to another treatment facility for treatment if possible and appropriate.
