34-20B-18. Criteria for inclusion of substances in Schedule III.To be included within Schedule III, a substance shall have:(1)A potential for abuse less than the substances listed in Schedules I and II;(2)Well documented and approved medical use in the United States; and(3)Abuse which may lead to moderate or low physical dependence or high psychological dependence.
