34-20G-17. Contracts enforceable. No contract entered into by a cardholder, a medical cannabis establishment, or medical cannabis establishment agent, or by a person who allows property to be used for an activity that is exempt from state criminal penalties by this chapter is unenforceable on the basis that activity related to cannabis is prohibited by federal law.
