End of debilitating condition--Registry card voided--Disposal of cannabis.A registry identification card is void if the certifying practitioner notifies the department in writing that:(1)The registered qualifying patient has ceased to suffer from a debilitating medical condition; or(2)The practitioner no longer believes the patient would receive therapeutic or palliative benefit from the medical use of cannabis.The registered qualifying patient has fifteen days to dispose of any cannabis in the registered qualifying patient's possession.
