34-23A-49. Compliance inspections.The department may inspect an abortion facility at reasonable times as necessary to ensure compliance with §§34-23A-46 to 34-23A-51, inclusive. The department shall inspect an abortion facility before renewing the facility's license. Source: SL 2006, ch 182, §5.
