Definitions regarding unborn child capable of experiencing pain.Terms used in §§34-23A-34 and 34-23A-67 to 34-23A-72, inclusive mean:(1)'Post-fertilization age,' the age of an unborn child as calculated from fertilization;(2)'Probable post-fertilization age of the unborn child,' what, in reasonable medical judgment, will with reasonable probability be the post-fertilization age of the unborn child at the time the abortion is planned to be performed or induced;(3)'Reasonable medical judgment,' a medical judgment that would be made by a reasonably prudent physician, knowledgeable about the case and the treatment possibilities with respect to the medical conditions involved;(4)'Woman,' a female human being whether or not she has reached the age of majority.
