Testing for other metabolic, inherited, or genetic disorders.If tests for detecting a metabolic, inherited, or genetic disorder other than phenylketonuria, hypothyroidism, and galactosemia are perfected, the Department of Health may require that tests for the syndrome or syndromes be made and reported to the department.
