34-29A-48. Appeals from inspectors--Order approving or disapproving inspector's act.Any person aggrieved by an order or an act of the chief inspector or his deputies, under this chapter may, within fifteen days' notice thereof, appeal from such order or act to the secretary of public safety who shall, within thirty days thereafter, issue an appropriate order either approving or disapproving order or act.
