Violation of manufacture or sale prohibitions--Misdemeanor.A person or an officer, director, or agent of a corporation who knowingly violates the provisions of §34-34A-9.4 in any manner which threatens the health or safety of a purchaser is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
